This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application to bring the name of legal representatives of appellant on record. There is a delay of 500 days.

It is submitted that the legal heirs of the appellant are the wife and married daughters of the appellant and they were not having any knowledge about the pendency of the present appeal. However, after getting the knowledge, there is a delay of 500 days SKNair

Considering the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been shown by the appellant for condonation of delay.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay in filing the application for bringing the name of legal representatives of appellant on record is hereby condoned.

The civil application is disposed of.
