DATED : NOVEMBER 08, 2019 This is an application seeking extension of interim order. The present writ petition stood withdrawn by the petitioners (applicants) on 25/09/2019, in view of availability of statutory remedy in the form of filing revision before the State. While permitting withdrawal of the writ petition interim order granted by this Court was extended for a period of 3 weeks. Thereafter by order dated 15/10/2019, the said interim order was extended for further period of 4 weeks, making it clear that no further extension will be granted for any reason whatsoever. But, in the present application, it is pointed out that in the intervening period elections were conducted in the State of Maharashtra and that even as on today, the new Government has not taken charge. It is because of such peculiar circumstances that the revision preferred by the petitioners (applicants) could not be taken up

In this situation, although it was noted in order dated 05/10/2019 and that no further extension of the interim order will be granted, in the peculiar circumstances arising in the State of Maharashtra, the interim order granted by this Court is extended for further period of 4 weeks from today.
