Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. According to her, though the petitioners are entitled for grant-in-aid as per the policy of the Government, the same has not been disbursed in their favour. 2.

In view of the contents of the petition, we direct the respondents to treat the present petition as representation and to decide it within a period of eight weeks from today. Needless to mention that if the respondents feel it necessary to hear the petitioners, they can take appropriate call. The decision shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from passing of the order.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of the petition along with the order passed today before the respondents within a period of one week from today. 4.
