The terms of compromise petition filed before the Debt Recovery Tribunal on 03/11/2018 have not been complied with by the borrowerspresent respondents, that is why the lender-bank has filed this contempt petition. During it's pendency, the borrowers-respondents have cleared all the dues and the lender-bank has issued 'No Dues Certificate'. Now the bank wants to withdraw the petition and, hence, filed this application.

In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the contempt petition. The contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
