After having perused contents of the application which are duly affirmed by Office of the applicants and also Clerk on whose fault the appeal remained to be filed within limitation, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out a case for condonation of delay. 3.
Consequently, the application is allowed. The delay is hereby condoned. Office is directed to register the first appeal. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
