By this application, respondents are seeking early hearing of the appeal bearing No.866/2013. 3.

Shri T. Mirza, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 8 submitted that respondent No.2-Digambar Balwantrao Kadu is old aged person and senior citizen as well as respondent Nos.4 to 7 are also senior citizens. 4.

The appeal is of the year 2013.
