By this application, respondent No.1 is seeking transfer of entire decreetal amount/compensation along with accrued interest in her account.

As per contention of the respondent No.1 the Oriental Insurance Company had challenged the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur, thereby granting compensation to the tune of Rs.1,20,000/- along with interest @ Rs.12 % per annum. The said appeal is disposed of in view of settlement before the Lok-Adalat dated 17.03.2019. Respondent No.2 filed an affidavit along with the consent of all other respondents that they had no
(2) 4.caf.2834.2022 objection to transfer the decreetal amount in the name of respondent No.1.

Considering the affidavit filed by the respondent No.2 on behalf of all the respondents i.e. respondent Nos.3 to 6, who have no objections to transfer the said amount, the application is allowed. 5.
Registry is directed to transfer the entire decreetal amount along with accrued interest which is lying in this Court in the account of respondent No.1 Smt. Kausalya wd/o Nandram Narayan.
