By way of this application, applicants/ appellants are seeking permission to amend the appeal memo. Other side has objected for proposed amendment. I have gone through the proposed amendment from which it is apparent that, in support the claim of seeking for enhancing the compensation, certain additional grounds have been raised. Certainly, by way of amendment the ground will be added in the appeal memo but, it does not mean that those grounds are accepted.

Needless to state that at the time of hearing, the merits of the amended grounds would be considered. Therefore, application for amendment stands allowed and disposed accordingly.
