It is stated that the respondent nos.2 and 6, have sworn an affidavit that the amount be given to the respondent nos.1, 3 and 4. The respondent no.5 has passed away and the respondent no.1 to 4 and 6 are her only legal representatives. 2.

Considering the above position, the civil application is allowed, subject to verification of the affidavits of the respondent nos.2 and 6 by the Registrar (Judicial) before the disbursement is made.
