This is an application filed by the applicants seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award.

Subject to the condition of the applicants depositing entire amount of compensation in the Court within a period of 12 weeks from today the stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and award of the Reference Court.

On failure of the applicants to comply with the order the stay will stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.
