By the order dated 04/10/2019 below Exh.37 impugned in the present petition, the attesting witness Shri Ramchandra Asarkar was recalled for the purpose of cross- examination by the plaintiffs.

Shri A.R. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondents has filed an affidavit on record stating that the said witness Ramchandra Asarkar, who was recalled for cross-examination by the impugned order dated 04/10/2019, has passed away.
