The petitioner has impugned herein the order dated 28.11.2022 passed by the Tahsildar imposing a fine and penalty for contravening the terms of permit. The learned AGP submitted that the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy of filing appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer. The said position is not disputed by other side.

In view of above, I am not inclined to entertain this petition.

If the appeal is filed before the Additional Sub Divisional Officer within two weeks from today, it shall be decided within four weeks thereafter.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms.
