(W) NO. 2519 OF 2016 Since the bidders successful in the technical bid would be the proper parties, if not necessary parties, it would be necessary for the respondent to supply the names and addresses of the bidders, whose technical bids are accepted, to the petitioner. Shri Kale, the learned counsel for the respondent, states that the names and addresses of the bidders, whose technical bids are accepted, would be conveyed to the petitioner by today evening.
