The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the application. He submits that the applicant would surrender himself before the authority on 5th of February, 2015. He further submits that as the applicant was protected by an interim order of this Court dated 10/12/2014, the protection be extended till 5th of February, 2015.

The learned A.P.P. opposes for extension of protection.

Considering the fact that the applicant was protected by an interim order of this Court dated 10/12/2014 and the applicant has complied with the directions, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with further extension of interim protection to the applicant till 5th of February, 2015. It is made clear that the applicant is protected till 5th of February, 2015 only.
