Heard Ms. Aakansha S. Wanjari, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner and Ms. M.A. Barabde, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

As we do not see any malafides, the order dated 31.10.2017 is recalled and Writ Petition No. 4705 of 2017 is heard for admission.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to point out any cause of action in favour of the petitioner. In writ petition, the petitioner has pointed out earlier PIL and its disposal by this Court on 09.03.2017, however, thereafter prejudice, if any or violation of her right, if any, has not been demonstrated. The learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time to place on record necessary details.

We grant the petitioner time to file appropriate petition with suitable documents and pleadings as per law. With this liberty, we dispose of present petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
