The appeal is filed against the judgment and award dated 29.08.2022 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.1087 of 2017.

Appellant is permitted to serve the respondent No.5 by all modes of service.

By this application, the applicant - Assurance Company is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 29.08.2022 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.1087 of 2017.

Perused the application. On depositing the entire amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest within eight weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 29.08.2022 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal.
