After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers it reveals that 13 years girl was subjected for the sexual assault.

Learned Counsel for the applicant though submitted that there is a settlement between the parties; however, that cannot be considered as a ground to release the applicant on bail, therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant. 4.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 5.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
