CORAM : MANISH PITALE J DATED : 11.11.2019 CIVIL APPLICATION (O) No. 2057 OF 2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur seeking extension of time to comply with the directions issued by this Court by order dated 12.07.2019. The applicant has prayed for extension of time by six months to comply with the said directions.

Perused the contents of the application and heard the learned counsel for the rival parties. This court is of the opinion that it would be appropriate to

2 / 2 cao2057 & 2060.19 extend time period by a period of three months from today for the applicant to comply with the directions given by this Court on 12.07.2019. Accordingly, the time period is extended by three months and the application is disposed of.

It is made clear that the parties shall cooperate with the applicant for complying with the directions within the aforesaid period of three months and no further extension of time shall be permitted. CIVIL APPLICATION (O) No. 2060 OF 2019 Since this is an application seeking modification of the order dated 12.07.2019, Registry to place it before the appropriate bench.
