Perused the order passed by this court dated 19.6.2013 thereby this Court granted the ad-interim relief. Perused the order passed by this Court dated 13.6.2014. A detailed order is passed by this court and the ad-interim relief granted on 19.6.2013 was further continued.

In the present application, no ground is made out to grant out of turn hearing to the present appeal which is filed in the year 2013. The other old appeals are still pending awaiting their turn. The oral submissions of Mr. Paliwal are either on the merit of the present appeal or seeking review of the order passed by this court dated 13.6.2014 in the nature of seeking modification of the order of this court. Certainly these submissions cannot be considered in the present application for seeking out of turn hearing of the appeal.

Civil Application thus rejected.
