DATED : NOVEMBER 28, 2016 Shri Jamal, learned Counsel for applicant husband, states that Family Court, Nagpur had directed to pay maintenance of Rs.4500/- per month to nonapplicant from the date of order, which order was assailed before this Court wherein by order dated 22/9/2016, applicant is directed to pay Rs.3000/- per month to non-applicant from the date of order within four weeks with amount of Rs.5000/- towards costs. It is submitted that as per calculations of applicant, he is in arrears of maintenance of Rs.29,000/- including costs of litigation and has deposited Rs.9000/- till today. By this application, applicant has prayed for permission to deposit balance amount of Rs.20,000/- as time for depositing the same has already expired. For the ground mentioned at the fag end of para 1 of the application and as cheque of Rs.20,000/-, dated 23/11/2016 in favour of Registrar of this Court, is ready, the application is allowed. Applicant shall
