Heard Shri Mehadia, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner and Shri Kankale, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

The contention is, the employment provided to Chandrakant Pawar is contrary to law and the vacancy against which that person could have been accommodated could not have accrued before retirement of father of the petitioner viz., Madhukar Pawar. The contention is specifically dealt with by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No.165 of 2013 on 07.09.2014. No case is made out warranting interference. MCA is rejected.
