The present petition is filed challenging the impugned communication dated 12/10/2023, rejecting the claim of the petitioner for grant of benefit under ACPS. 2.

The learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 makes a statement that if petitioner files a fresh application his claim/representation will be considered in view of Government Resolution dated 08/03/2017. As such, the petitioner seeks permission to file fresh application with the respondent No.2, within a period of one week. If such proposal/representation is filed with respondent No.2, the respondent No.2, shall consider the same within a period of two weeks thereafter. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
