Heard Mr.Harode, learned counsel for the applicants. He submits that the learned Magistrate has rejected the 'C' Summary that was filed after investigation and that is why he had filed application.

We think the applicants have an alternate remedy available in law. Hence, we make the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Application (APL) No.776 of 2014 is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the applicants to take up alternate remedy available in law.

If the revision is filed, the same may be disposed of expeditiously.
