We are not inclined to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction for the present, as proceedings are filed nearly after four years. If C.A. report is not coming and petitioner feels that he is being harassed, he can move appropriate application seeking exemption from appearance. He can also move application seeking discharge, if he finds that material on record is insufficient.

Hence, without observing anything on merit and without going into the controversy involved in the matter as also keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present proceedings. No costs.
