The petitioners' only grievance is that they require police protection to visit Shri Durga Mata Tample, Mochipura, Rohidas Nagar, Murtijapur to perform religious rites. The petitioners have already applied to the concerned police on 20/12/2023, of which the copy is shown.

02] The Police are directed to decide said application in accordance with law by keeping in mind the relevant provisions of Section 47 of the Maharashtra Police Act. Decision thereon shall be taken within one week and the same to be communicated to the petitioners.

03] The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
