Writ Petition No.6128 of 2017 filed by the Western Coalfield Limited challenging the order passed by the Labour Court on 14.03.2017 in I.D.A.No.28 of 2014 is pending. Interim order passed therein is operating. The petitioner is not entitled to any relief as is claimed in this petition unless Writ Petition No.6128 of 2017 is decided. 2.

We therefore, dismiss this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to move as and when Writ Petition No.6128 of 2017 is decided.
