By this application, the legal heirs of respondent no.1 and 2 moved this application for withdrawal of the amount in view of the order of the Lok Adalat dated 17.03.2019.

The learned Counsel for the appellant in support of this, placed the death certificate of respondent nos. 1 and 2 on record and also filed affidavit of the applicant no.1 along with the report of home enquiry conducted by the Police Patil, to demonstrate that the present applicants are the only legal heirs.

In view of these documentary evidence, it is established by the applicants that they are the only legal heirs of deceased respondent nos. 1 and 2.

In view of the above, the applicants in the capacity of legal heirs of respondent nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by appellant,

2 10.caf.3678.2025 in equal proportion along with the interest accrued thereon, subject to satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 6.
