A prayer for declaration is sought that petitioner is entitled to receive his leave encashment after his superannuation dated 31.8.2024.

We find that representation in the form of notice has been submitted at the instance of the petitioner to respondent authorities on 14.6.2025 which is still not decided.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No. 1 to decide representation dated 14.6.2025 submitted by the petitioner, in the form of notice, within eight weeks from today.
