On 12-10-2023, following order was passed.

"Heard. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable in three weeks.

In the meantime, the Petitioner shall pay entire arrears and file affidavit on the next date."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks three months time on the ground that monthly salary of the petitioner is Rs. 10,000/-.

The petitioner himself is responsible for the arrears. However, considering the amount of arrears, one month time is granted.

The petitioner shall deposit arrears of maintenance on or before 2-12-2023, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed on

Criminal Writ Petition No. 494 of 2023 The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by all permissible modes.
