Heard Shri Ashwain Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs. K.R. Deshpande, learned AGP for respondent No. 1 and Shri Sachin Ghube, learned counsel for respondent No. 3.

The notice issued to respondent No. 2 is served, however none appears for respondent No. 2.

Today, an affidavit sworn by the father of the petitioner is presented to the Court and it is taken on record. The affidavit states that respondent No 1 - Committee has issued the validity certificate on 20.10.2018. With this subsequent development, the main prayer which is made in clause (i) of the petition has worked itself out and, therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
