ATE : NOVEMBER 2 , 2023 By order dated 23/10/2023, respondent no.3 - Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati was directed to file an affidavit indicating compliance of the directions issued on 15/4/2019. On failure to do so, he was directed to remain present today. Respondent no.3 has moved this application praying that his appearance be exempted today on the ground that his mother is unwell. In the application, he has undertaken that he would remain present on the next date of the proceedings. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the affidavit-in-reply would be filed by 8/11/2023.
