Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The principal contention is that in the election, some malpractices were done by the parties.

In the aforesaid background, the petitioner has made a detailed representation to the respondent No.2 on 17th August, 2025, which is still not decided.

Considering the fact that the detailed representation dated 17th August, 2025 is made by the petitioner, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the said representation within a period of four weeks from today.
