Ms P.D. Rane, learned counsel holding for Shri Ashwin Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms M. R. Kavimandan, learned AGP alongwith Shri D.N. Chavhan, Member Secretary, Caste Scrutiny Committee, for respondents/State, are present.

2. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H". Terms of compromise are read over and recorded. It is submitted that validity certificate has been issued in favour of petitioner. Copy of Certificate of Validity has been produced, which is taken on record and marked as "Exh.X" for identification.
