Heard Shri R.R. Vyas, learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant was arrested for the offence punishable under Section 376 (2)(n) of Indian Penal Code and under Section 4, 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act. This Court granted temporary bail. As per order dated 20.12.2017, the applicant - accused was directed to produce marriage certificate and he was directed to remain present along with the victim. Today, the accused/ applicant and his wife/ victim are present. The marriage certificate is filed on record.

Hence, temporary bail granted by this Court on 20.12.2018 is hereby confirmed. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
