Heard Shri P.N. Varma, learned counsel for the petitioners. He has pointed out that in spite of the petitioners having not passed the examination of Driver-cum-Conductor, subsequently they were employed for a particular period. He requests this Court that if the direction is given to the respondent-Authorities to consider the petitioners' representation, grievance raised in this petition would be redressed.

Accordingly, we direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners and for that matter, treat present petition as representation. The representation shall be decided within a period of ten weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertake to produce the copy of present petition and the order before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today.
