In respect of Crime No. 206/2015 registered at Ner Police Station, District Yavatmal for offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants seek anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the contents of the First information Report as well as the reply filed on behalf of the non-applicantState. It is clear from reading of the FIR that the applicants seriously assaulted the complainant and his wife with deadly weapons, like axe and sticks, that too on the vital part of the body, thereby causing very serious injuries on the head. The applicants must surrender to the police and apply for regular bail. Hence the following order:

Criminal Application (ABA) No. 667/2015 is rejected.
