Learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that the matter is amicably settled and thus, the applicant do not want to prosecute the appeal and as in consequence delay condonation application and therefore, seeks for withdrawal of the appeal. 2.

The parties have filed a petition for decree of divorce by mutual consent bearing case no. F-29 of 2024 in the Family Court, Nagpur.
