This application is made for recalling of the order dated 19.10.2023 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 1206 of 2023, whereby the respondent No. 3 is allowed to intervene in this proceeding. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the appellant that the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner allowing respondent No.3 to intervene in the proceeding before the Charity Commissioner is challenged by him
2 8.cas.1503.2023 by filing a separate writ petition. He submits that the notices are issued to the respondents therein for final disposal. On going through the order passed by this Court dated 19.10.2023 and the reasons stated in the application, I am of the view that, no case has been made out to recall the order. The appellant was granted an opportunity of hearing before passing the order on the said application. I do not see any substance in the application. The application, as such, stands disposed of. S ECOND APPEAL NO. 229 OF 2010 3.
Learned AGP seeks time to take instructions from respondent No.2. Advocate for respondent No. 3 is absent.
