This Court while granting bail to the applicant vide order dated 29th August, 2022, on a statement of the applicant that he is ready to deposit Rs.7,50,000/- to show his bonafides, granted time of two weeks to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- and for remaining Rs.5,50,000/- four months from the date of order. 2.

By way of present application, the applicant is seeking extension of time to deposit the amount as he could deposit only Rs.5,00,000/- within the time stipulated vide order dated 29th August, 2022. SKNair

Considering the reasons stated in the application, time to deposit the balance amount of Rs.2,50,000/- is extended by another ten weeks. 4.

It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
