The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. Permission is granted.

At this stage, Shri Jibhkate, learned counsel for the petitioners makes a request that this Court allow the petitioners to use the way in dispute for fifteen days, he may carry out the agricultural operation.

Once the writ petition is withdrawn, this Court cannot issue such direction however, such request is made by the petitioner at his personal level to the respondent. The respondent No.1 may consider it.

Considering the dispute involved in the present matter, the trial Court is directed to expedite the suit C.L. Dhakate

2.wp.7705.23.odt which is as informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners is fixed for evidence, and decide the same in any case within six months from today.

Both the parties are undertaken to cooperate the trial Court in deciding the matter within six months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
