Having considered the affidavit, only appellant Nos.1, 3, and 4 are legal heirs.

In view of the same, share of appellant No.2 be distributed to appellant Nos.1, 3, and 4 with accrued interest. 6.

The amount be distributed on due verification and identification.

The civil application is disposed of.
