DATED : MARCH 04, 2020 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging rejection of interim relief in the Complaint filed by them against the respondents herein. This Court has perused the impugned order and considering the material presently on record, this Court is of the opinion that no interference is warranted in the impugned order, whereby interim relief has been rejected.

At the same time, the concern of the petitioners regarding early decision of their complaint needs to be addressed. Accordingly, while dismissing this writ petition, the Industrial Court, Maharashtra, (Nagpur Bench) is directed to decide Complaint (ULP) No.85/2018, at the earliest and in any case within a period of three months from today.
