DATED : NOVEMBER 19, 2019 It is submitted in this application filed on behalf of the petitioners that although the respondent is attending to the proceedings before the Trial Court, notice issued by this Court in the present writ petition could not be served upon him on his address of Mumbai. It is pointed out that the said address in Mumbai is the registered address given in the proceedings before the Trial Court. In this backdrop, the prayer is made that fresh notice may be issued and the petitioners may be granted permission to serve the sole respondent through his counsel appearing in the Trial Court in Special Civil Suit No.25/2006. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to serve the sole respondent through his counsel appearing in the Trial Court in Special Civil Suit No.25/2006.
