The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the dispute about allotment of tank can be raised before the Authorities as mentioned in the Government Resolution (G.R.) dated 03/07/2019, more particularly, in Clause-33 of said G.R. issued by the Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries.

In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach before the Appropriate Authority. Permission is granted. 3.
