The order dated 09.01.2023 is sought to be reviewed by way of the present application.

The grounds raised in the application for review are new and were not raised in the writ petition. Even the documents, at page Nos. 18 and 20 filed along with this application, were not on record when the matter was argued and the order dated 09.01.2023 was passed.

In that view of the matter, the review on certain new grounds and the documents, particularly when the applicant was having knowledge about it, can not be permitted. Accordingly, since there is not merit in the review application, it is rejected. [ANIL S. KILOR, J.] nd.thawre
