Heard Mr. R.M. Daga, the learned Counsel for the applicant and Mrs. S.S. Jachak, the learned A.P.P. for the State. The learned Counsel for the applicant invited my attention to the order passed by this Court dated 18/11/2014. A reference is made in the order of this Court to Criminal Application No.690/2014, which is filed by the co-accused Anil Navandar. It is submitted that by way of an interim order, this Court directed stay to the investigation and granted interim protection to the co-accused Anil Navandar in the nature of restraining the police officials for taking coercive steps against the applicant-Anil Navandar. The submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant is that the present applicant is on better footing than the other co-accused. As Criminal Application No.690/2014 is already placed before this Court after two weeks, the outcome of the said application will

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant, stand over to 28th of January, 2015. Interim protection to continue till next date. It is further made clear that on the next date of hearing, if Criminal Application No.690/2014 is pending before this Court, the application of the present applicant will be considered on its own merits.
