Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that five years girl was subjected for the assault and death is caused by the parents, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after six months if the trial is not commenced.
