Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The order impugned has been passed by the Committee on 26.08.2016 which is questioned by the petitioner before this Court after lapse of more than eight years. There is no explanation coming forward from the petitioner about the delay. 3.

Apart from above, the petitioner has already approached before the Central Administrative Tribunal as could be inferred from the Annexure-3 to the petition.

In that view of the matter, no case is made out to cause interference in extra ordinary writ jurisdiction. The writ petition fails and it is dismissed accordingly. No costs. (VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, J.) (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.) Andurkar.
