Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The issue involved in this petition is regarding the removal of encroachment.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the communication dated 13.08.2025 issued by the Sub Divisional Officer, Khamgaon to the Tahsildar, Shegaon by which it was directed to take appropriate action and the application to the logical end.

Be that as it may, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance could be redressed by directing the concern authority to act on the aforesaid communication.

In that view of the matter, we hereby direct the respondent no.3 Tahsildar, Shegaon to act on the communication dated 13.08.2025, within eight weeks from today.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today, before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 8.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
