The appellant has filed the Pursis stamp no. 03/2023 contending that, by this appeal, the appellant has claimed enhancement of the compensation which is granted by the learned Reference Court in Land Acquisition Case No. 385/2007. However, it revealed that the appellant has already received the compensation, in view of order by this Court in other identical matters. Hence, the appellant does not want to proceed with this appeal.

It is further stated that since the appellant is residing out of Nagpur and old aged lady, she is unable to come to Nagpur for signing on affidavit. Hence, the Pursis is filed for the intimation of the Court.

In view of the Pursis filed and statement by the learned counsel Ms Sarita Kamdi, h/f Mrs Swati Paunikar, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Court fee be refunded as per the Rule.
